Via the "Linked persons" tab, the Personal Files will be linked to the EAIA files, a process that is carried out using the "Link" button. The people who will be linked will be those who form part of the environment of the holder of the file.
Hèstia will then open the search window that will allow you to search for the person(s) to be linked to the file. 
Each person linked to the file will be assigned the type of relationship they have with the person holding the file.
