Actions, demands, problems, resources and procedures can be transferred from one file to another very easily. Imagine, for example, that a person has two files and by mistake you recorded an action in the file where it did not belong. To solve this, the coordinator can use the "Transfer" button that is incorporated in all the screens of the file where it can be used, that is, actions, demands, problems, resources and procedures. Once the "Transfer" button has been clicked, a screen will appear where you will have to select exactly which file you want to incorporate the transferred information into. This file can be searched using the same criteria as usual searches, including the "+" wildcard:
Once the record has been transferred, you will no longer see it in the source file and you will only see it in the file that you have selected as the destination.
