The records of access to the application have been developed in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Development Regulation of organic law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data.
Records can be delimited by dates and exported to a spreadsheet. They are the following:
- Application access log - users who have accessed the program within the chosen period, plus machine name, operating system user, application login and exit time, and version from the Hestia program used.
- Log of erroneous access to the application : listed with unsuccessful attempts to access, with details of the user, the type of error and the date of the attempt to access the program.
- Record of access to personal files : list of which personal files each professional has consulted and on what date.
- Record of modification of personal files : shows which personal files have been modified, by which professional and on which date.
- Registration of personal files : list of personal files that have been registered within the chosen period, showing the professional and the date.
- Data Export Log - Shows what data has been extracted from the program to other platforms, the user who did the extraction, the data extracted, and the date.
- Register of file accesses : list of which files each professional has consulted and on which date.
- File modification record : shows which files have been modified, by which professional and on what date.
- Registration of SAD files : list of SAD files that have been registered within the chosen period, showing the professional and the date of registration.
- User Modification Log : Shows professionals who have been modified.
- Register of role changes : list of users (professionals) whose role has been changed or a different one has been added to the one they already had.
