This tab is used to specify the name, NIF, address, contact details and logo of the Social Services Basic Area. This data will be used throughout the program and in the documentation generated, such as generic ABBS documents, form 1 of the RUDEL, etc.

It also contains some general management options, such as:

  • Number of days in which the actions remain editable (it is recommended not to exceed 15 days in order to be able to justify at all times what is specified in the drafting of the actions by the professionals)
  • Age from which the NIF is mandatory data (if the contrary is not specified, it will be requested as mandatory data from the age of 14 of the citizen)
  • When the intervention plans expiration alert will be presented
