The 2016 version of Hestia incorporates some changes that you need to be aware of:
Before accessing Hestia
When logging in to access Hestia with your usual username and password, you saw that you can also use your digital certificate . If you log in with these credentials (user/password + digital certificate) you will be able to consult the Population Register, as long as you have the necessary permissions enabled in the Register service offered by Via Oberta.
On the home screen
From now on you will be able to choose whether you want to see the PIA expiration alerts of all professionals in your ABSS or just yours (by selecting the “All” or “own” options).
If your ABSS is structured in geographic teams and thematic teams by area, or geographic teams that have a further level of specification below the subsector, and you want to be able to cross result data, you will now be able to do so, since the filter " Team ” will appear on almost all screens, both in the personal file and in the files and data exploitation, the lists, together with the filter of “Professional”. If your ABSS decides not to work at the team level, this "Team" filter will not appear on any screen, except for the farm lists.

- If you have identified yourself with a digital certificate and have permissions in the Register of Via Oberta, you will be able to check a user's address online from the personal file, as long as you have specified their official document NIF/NIE/Passport and municipality before perform the query. Once you get an answer to this query, you can decide whether you want to keep the address you added manually (called a “collected address”) or whether you want to replace it with the answer obtained from the register. If you choose the "Copy to collection" option, the data from the register referring to the person's first and last name and date of birth will be automatically incorporated, after confirmation by the professional, into the personal file.
