This function can only be performed by the authorized roles: SAD Technician, Coordinator and Administrator. The approval of an action may imply a change of status of the file, while the denial of an action implies that the status corresponding to the last action approved is maintained.
To record the approval or denial, click on the "Pending" status and then choose the appropriate option and the date of the status change.
This operation can only be executed by a professional with the role of coordinator.
