The coordinator must be located in the search engine, look for the person's data in a way that allows to see all the personal files of the desired user. Once the file is found, the "Delete" action will be selected.
It must be taken into account that the action is irreversible, once the file is deleted it cannot be recovered. 
IMPORTANT: if the file has related appointments in the agenda, you will not be able to delete it
