With the intention of making it easier for professional Hestia users to improve the quality of the data collected in the following alert module. These alerts are visible to the coordinator of all the members of their team, to the relevant professional of the file that generates it or to all the professionals with access to the specific file, as the case may be.

From each of the lines shown in the alerts, you can directly access the file that generates it. Each professional has a small specific module for configuring these alerts, from where you can mark or unmark the ones you consider of interest. The global calculation of these alerts is done throughout the day, therefore, an alert that is updated or that no longer meets the requirements to be displayed, will not appear again in the list of alerts.

The 8 Alerts available are:

  • Expired Intervention Plans : appears to the referring professional of an open file that contains an Intervention Plan that has not been closed and has exceeded its expiration date. Stops going out when the Plan or case is closed.
  • Expired granted resources : appears in the referring professional if the file is open. Initially, this alert was only shown for two of the most common resources (teleassistance 1.1.2.2. and Citizen Guaranteed Income (formerly RMI) 2.1.13.), but now it is shown for all existing resources that meet the specified conditions . Once the professional "closes" these notices from the alerts view, that specific resource will not be shown again, neither to the professional nor to the coordinator.
  • Pre-assigned resources from more than one month ago : Shown whenever the resource meets the password specified in the title. Once the resource is denied or granted, the alert is no longer displayed. It will also stop going out when the file is closed or the person transfers and goes into successful status.
  • Files without activity for 1 year : shows all open files that have not registered any activity for a full year (no actions, no resources, problems, etc.).
  • Expired pending appointments: allows you to review the appointments of the last weeks (configurable from Coordination at the ABSS level) of the agenda with citizens that have not been changed to the status of completed, "not acute",... If they remain in "pending" status, these appointments are not taken into account in any count. This alert disappears as soon as the appointment changes status or passes the configured number of days.
  • New documents added to files for which I am a reference : this notice is received when a colleague from the same team or with permission to the files for which the professional is a reference (administrative technicians,...), has added to the document manager, through the "Documents" tab ”, a document that may be of interest for the follow-up of the file. This alert disappears when you remove it from the same list.
  • Pending tasks : Shown to the professionals who have been linked to the task in its creation. You can have tasks from the files of the teams/sectors, to which you have access, whether or not the referring professional is. Administrative technicians can also manage them. It is intended to reinforce, through this reminder, the supervision of an essential task for the good treatment or follow-up of people, whether we intervene directly with them or not,... This alert disappears when the task is closed from the file.
  • Modified files for which I am the referent: serves to inform the referent professional of a file of the movements or changes that may have been made by other professionals of the work team.
