Each professional who uses the Hèstia service responds to a profile and depending on this the professional can enter, view, modify or manage the tasks assigned to him within the team or the territory.
The same professional can be assigned several roles, depending on the tasks to be carried out and the areas in which he develops his intervention.
Types of profiles/roles
- Administrative assistant/va : professional who accesses the basic information of the users and the agenda of the professionals. You can enter basic identification and housing data and create appointments with Social Services professionals.
- Technical administrator : technical support professional at the ABSS. He can register personal files and files and make arrangements in the agenda module, but he does not have access to the content of the actions taken by the technical professionals or initiate Intervention Plans, since he cannot provide direct attention to people.
- Social Services Technician (social worker or social educator TS/ES): is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of basic social services and who works on the social services file.
- SIAD technician : is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of care for women and who works on the SIAD file.
- SAD Manager: is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of home care services and who works on the SAD file.
- Immigration Technician : is the professional who performs the intervention in the field of immigration, and who works on the Immigration file.
- EAIA technician : is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of care for children and adolescents and who works on the EAIA file.
- Coordinator : professional who carries out coordination tasks of a team, or more than one, of Basic Social Services. Can schedule appointments and multi-professional time reservations and set up teams within the municipality. You cannot create users or teams. You can access the personal data and files of all the professionals who are part of your team.
- Administrator : it is the person who configures each local entity, drawing the territorial structure, registering the teams, linking teams to sectors or municipalities of action and registering the rest of the users.
