From the list of procedures, whether they are added to the file or from the personal file, you can consult the information related to the procedure and carry out various actions:

  • Export : Generates the request in Microsoft Word format, automatically including the data that can be retrieved from the personal file of the holder of the procedure. For this option to be available, the user must have a version of Microsoft Office XP or higher installed, except for Starter versions.

  • Processing : Used to record whether the application has been granted or denied, and on what date.

  • Delete : Used to delete a procedure that was created incorrectly. It will be necessary to confirm that you want to delete the procedure in the next window.

The action of adding a procedure implies the creation of a processing action, in such a way that the work of the professional is automatically recorded and it is not necessary for the latter to report it. Of course, if the procedure is removed, the related action will also be deleted.

The data used by the program to create these actions derived from procedures are:

  • Related person : the same as for the procedure.
  • Date : the date of the procedure.
  • Type of action : “Processing” type.
  • Subject : Name of the procedure generated.
  • Text : name of the procedure generated.
